Fortuna Club terms of use

The business management of the Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. company represented by the head of the business management Michal Hanák and members of the management Jan Štefanek and Ivo Zajic, on April 14. 2008. made the following decision:

Initiatory clause

FORTUNA KLUB is a loyalty program offered by Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. to its clients who bet in its betting shops.

Program participant

Any individual who is authorized to make bets by the law on lottery and similar games can become the member of the FORTUNA KLUB. A person can enrol only in shops by filling the Application form. The Application form is then transcribed into the computer and saved on the server. The club membership is voluntary and free of charge, and no obligations for the member arise from this membership. Every member can have only one membership, which is not transferable to another person. Members should choose a so-called Nickname under which they will appear in the competitions. The identity of the member is known only to the Fortuna sportska kladionica, which will not reveal the information on the members to the public. The club membership is set up by issuing a club membership card after filling the FORTUNA KLUB application form.

Club membership card

A member is identified by a club membership card. The shop staff has the right to take away the club membership card if it is used by an unauthorized person. It also has the right to check the identity of a person who is using the card. The members are identified by the card when making bets, determining the number of points on the pertaining member's account and using the privileges deriving from the FORTUNA KLUB membership. In case of loss, stealing or damaging of the membership card, the member is obliged to report this to Fortuna sportska kladionica. A new membership card will be issued no later than three (3) weeks after it was reported missing, if all the existing requirements are fulfilled.

Base betting shop

Base betting shop is the shop in which the club membership card has been issued to the member. This is the shop from which the member will participate in all competitions taking place in the shop and in the whole state, and which are organised by Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. The bets made in other shops will be taken into consideration in all competitions, both on shop level and on state level. The results of these competitions are monitored in every shop. In addition, a member is allowed to change the base shop, after the first week of every completed stage.

Point account

Point account is a loyalty program member's account in which the awarded points are recorded. The state of a point account is recorded in the computer of Fortuna sportska kladionica. The account can be checked in every shop after presenting a membership card, and on the web site www.ifortuna.hr (under construction) after signing in. For every member the number of points on their account is also written on every ticket.

Every Fortuna Klub member is awarded points for their bets. The points are awarded according to the following parameters:

Getting points

The points are marks that FORTUNA KLUB loyalty program members get according to the following parameters:

When betting according to the betting sum

  • For a betting sum of 5 kuna 1 point is awarded
  • For a bet with the overall odds of 25,00 or higher, 1 point is awarded for every 3 kuna
  • For lotto betting, for 3 kuna 1 point is awarded
  • According to the height of the betting sum, the maximum number of points that can be awarded daily to a member's account is 500 points

When betting according to frequency

  • For every first bet in a day 2 points are awarded
  • For every tenth bet in a day a 30 points bonus is awarded
  • For every twentieth bet in a day a 60 points bonus is awarded

In addition, the points can be used to raise the odds for 10% according to the following parameters:

Raising the odds for 10%

  • Points can be used for buying Bonus 5
    (enhancing the winnings for 1.1 after the fifth event)
  • Points can be used for buying Bonus 8
    (enhancing the winnings for 1.1 after the eight event)

According to the following parameters:

  • Buying the odds enhancement Bonus 5 daily for 250 points
  • Buying the odds enhancement – Bonus 5 can be used only with if bets with minimum of five events, of which every event must have the odds 1,5 or higher.
  • Buying the odds enhancement Bonus 8 daily for 170 points
  • Buying the odds enhancement – Bonus 8 can be used only with if bets with minimum of eight events, of which every event must have the odds 1,5 or higher.

The daily limit for the use of the odds enhancement is 500 points, the next bets are not valid for the odds enhancement.

Automatic If bonus

When making an If bet, a FORTUNA KLUB member's odds are automatically increased by 10% after 15th and 21st event. Respective odds of 1,1 or higher are required for allowing the If bonus. Automatic If bonus, Bonus 5 and Bonus 8 can be added up.

The bonus is automatically added until the maximum bet of 500 kuna is spent, after that the client must buy a new bonus.

  • Send text message (16-digit ticket number), and you will automatically receive a message whether your ticket is winning or not. The cost of one text message is five points

Score information

  • Send a text message containing the code of the match you wish to know the score of, and separate by comma if you wish to know the scores of more than one fixture (one message can contain the maximum of 160 characters). The cost of one text message is three points.

Automatic ticket information receiving

  • If you wish to be informed about your every ticket automatically via text messages, activate this service by sending a text message containing: SMS A
  • If you wish to deactivate this service, you can do so by sending a text message containing: SMS D . The cost of one text message is five points.

Participating in FORTUNA KLUB PLUS loyalty program competitions

Every loyalty program member can participate in every event in their base office, as well as in those on state level. Among the main events are ''the championship'' in odds betting, the winner of an office stage and the unluckiest person of the month. If a member wants to put their ticket into ''the championship'', they must ask the shop staff to do so. Only the tickets marked with „ ticket included in the championship“ participate in the competition. In addition, every member has the opportunity to win attractive prizes.

Personal data base

By signing the club application form a member is, in accordance with the Law on protection of personal information (‘’Narodne novine’’ no. 103/2003), compliant with the processing of the hereby provided personal information, given to Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. company, with the head office in Zagreb, Vukovarska Street 271, as the head of the data base, or to its authorized data processing body, with the purpose of including the information into the head data base and further marketing processing of the personal information including offering of services, and with the purpose of sending newsletters via e-mail. The member explicitly states and gives consent to Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. company or to its authorized data processing body to process their personal information for marketing purposes. The member is informed of the fact that Fortuna sportska kladionica has the right of accessing the personal information, as well as other rights on the basis of articles 9., 10., 11., Law on protection of personal information (‘’Narodne novine’’ no. 103/2003). The consent to processing personal information is voluntary and can be revoked at any given time, with the consequence of cancelling the club membership. Fortuna sportska kladionica states that it completely guarantees the safety of given personal information, and takes on full responsibility in case of the information misuse

Final clause

Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. holds the right to modify or change certain clauses of the FORTUNA KLUB loyalty program. The loyalty program members will be informed of possible modifications or changes no less than 5 workdays before the modifications and changes come into effect. In cases not described by the FORTUNA KLUB loyalty program terms of use the decision brought by Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. company is always binding. Fortuna sportska kladionica d.o.o. has the right to end the loyalty program. FORTUNA KLUB terms of use apply since May 01, 2008.
